Effective May 12, 2026. This policy explains what information OscarMike collects, how it is used, and your rights with respect to that information.

1. Who We Are

OscarMike is a service of TECHPOINT FRONTIER LLC ("we," "us," "our"), an SMS-based dispatch platform for field service businesses. Our service is accessed at https://beoscarmike.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@beoscarmike.com.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (see Section 5).

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the OscarMike dispatch service to you and your team. Specifically:

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing to third parties. We do not share your message content with anyone outside the service providers listed in Section 5.

4. SMS Consent and TCPA Compliance

OscarMike offers SMS messaging for operational purposes — account setup, dispatch notifications, job status updates, and account alerts. Consenting to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or using the service.

Where SMS consent is provided, it is captured through a separate, optional opt-in. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages. Your phone number and SMS consent information are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support contact information.

We retain your account data and message logs for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain records for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then permanently delete them.

7. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@beoscarmike.com with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will process the request within 10 business days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed identifiers for sensitive fields, and access controls limiting who can view customer data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active account holders of material changes via SMS or email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
